The ROCI Group LLC provides services to you when you visit or online wholesale shop (“Website”) or use our services through this Website, (collectively, "Services"). The ROCI Group LLC provides services subject to the following conditions. By using our Services, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.
OUR CONTRACT
An order placed on the the Website is an offer to The ROCI Group LLC to buy product(s) in the order. When you place an order to purchase a product from The ROCI Group LLC through the Website, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). The Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we ship the order to you. Your contract is with The ROCI Group LLC. You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we ship your order.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
You may submit claims or request a Return Authorization within 48 hours of the date of receipt of your shipment. If you wish to make a return, please contact The ROCI Group LLC Customer Support at orders@tucocina.net
PRICING AND AVAILABLITY
As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible if any products you order are currently unavailable.
Please note that unless otherwise stated on the the Website, delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
You have the right to receive your product within a reasonable time after placing your order. Products are usually delivered within two (2) to five (5) business days from the date order confirmation. The ROCI Group LLC will not, however, be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond The ROCI Group LLC's reasonable control.

YOUR ACCOUNT

ORDER PROCESSING
You must have an active customer account in order to use the Services. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses or internationally. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii. We reserve the right to refuse any orders which are paid for by international credit cards and to refuse service to any account that we believe may be utilizing fraudulent credit card details.
